A comment on comments

I don't know that I've made this explicit. If not I should. And if I have, it bears repeating. I read every comment. They can't escape my notice due to the way I have my blog event notifications set up. I read your comments and I almost always reply. It might take me as long as a couple weeks. But especially if you have a question or a juicy statement, I will post a response in the comments.

  1. Thanks for the link, I'll be sure to check it out.

I absolutely agree with you on your statements on the quote "It's not personal, it's business." Business is about being personal, otherwise how would work get done? And I heartily agree that anyone who says that and means it is just trying to remove themselves from being socially responsible.

  3. Fine. Reply. I dare you.

It is Kambrie, by the way. I'm from the internet, you know. And here you are... on the internet.

  4. Well, that Kambrie is a cheeky bastard. Really. I mean what were you expecting some childish response by the socially latent 12-year-olds like myself, saying something like "So what are you going to say to this?" NO! Of course n....well, maybe. So what would you say?

Hi folks. Thanks for commenting. I'm not allowing anonymous comments for a number of reasons. There are practical reasons such as bot blocking. And there are philosophical reasons such as consideration that if you are unwilling to sign your name to what you're writing, it probably indicates that you shouldn't be writing it to begin with. Naturally, there are exceptions. If your salient post requires anonymity, send me your comment directly at yugamae@gmail.com and I'll consider posting it on your behalf under the anonymity stipulations you propose in the message.
